Diabetes Class

Includes classroom instruction and followup with a nurse clinician and a clinical dietitian. Recognized by the American Diabetes Association. A family member/support person may attend at no extra charge.

Class meets July 5 and 6, 6:00pm - 9:00pm, at PVH, 1024 S. Lemay Ave., Fort Collins. To register and for more information, including class fees, call (970) 495-8205. Insurance is accepted with physician referral, and scholarships are available.

Childbirth Preparation

These classes prepare the expectant mother and her labor coach for the birth experience. Topics include breathing, relaxation, pregnancy changes, labor and delivery, and birth options. Class should be completed at least a month prior to your due date.
