Ten Warning Signs of Alzheimer's Disease
 

Memory often changes as a person grows older, but memory loss that disrupts daily life is not a typical part of aging. It may be a symptom of Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. Come learn about the 10 warning signs. Early detection gives you a chance to seek treatment and plan for the future.

Pathways for Grief and Loss - Summer Series 2010 - Importance of Self Care when Grieving
 

Taking place on Thursday afternoons from 1-2:30 p.m., Pathways presents a series of topics on grief and loss. All sessions are open to the community including those grieving the death of a loved one, anyone providing support to the bereaved and those who want to learn more about the impact of grief in our lives. Persons interested may attend any or all of the sessions.

No fee. No registration required.

All sessions will be held at Pathways Hospice, 305 Carpenter Road, Fort Collins, CO, 80525. For more information, please call (970)663-3500.

Big Brothers and Sisters
 

This fun class helps older siblings ages 3-7 feel important about their new role and cope with the many changes a new baby brings. Tour included. One or both parents need to attend with child(ren).

For more information or to register, call (970) 495-7500 or go to www.pvhs.org. Cost is $15 per family with one child; $18 per family with 2 or more children. Meets 6:00pm - 7:30pm, at MCR Navajo Peak Room, Loveland.
