Childbirth Preparation - Fast Track

This class prepares the expectant mother and her labor coach for the birth experience. Topics include breathing, relaxation, pregnancy changes, labor and delivery, and birth options. Class should be completed at least a month prior to your due date.
For more information or to register, call (970) 495-7500 or go to www.pvhs.org. Register early, class fills quickly. Cost is $55 per couple. The fast-track class meets Friday 6:30pm - 9:30pm and Saturday 1:00pm - 5:00pm, at Medical Center of the Rockies, Hagues Peak Room, Loveland.

Babysitters Bootcamp

This comprehensive course from the will cover everything from the babysitting basics to American Red Cross certification in infant and child CPR. Topics include business practices, decision-making, disciplining and communication, diapering/feeding and more. Class is designed for babysitters ages 11-16.
Class meets 8:30am - 5:00pm at PVH, 1024 S. Lemay Ave., Fort Collins. Cost is $75. Please bring a sack lunch, drinks and snacks. To register and for more information, call (970) 495-7500.
