Includes classroom instruction and followup with a nurse clinician and a clinical dietitian. Recognized by the American Diabetes Association. A family member/support person may attend at no extra charge.
Class meets August 2 and 3, 6:00pm - 9:00pm, at PVH, 1024 S. Lemay Ave., Fort Collins. To register and for more information, including class fees, call (970) 495-8205. Insurance is accepted with physician referral, and scholarships are available.
