This class prepares the expectant mother and her labor coach for the birth experience. Topics include breathing, relaxation, pregnancy changes, labor and delivery, and birth options. Class should be completed at least a month prior to your due date.
For more information or to register, call (970) 495-7500 or go to www.pvhs.org. Register early, class fills quickly. Cost is $55 per couple. The fast-track class meets Friday 6:30pm - 9:30pm and Saturday, 1:00pm - 5:00pm, at 1025 Garfield St., Fort Collins.
