Adaptive Ice Skating

These lessons are for people with and without disabilities. Basic skills are introduced and are adapted for those with disabilities. Skill improvement and fun will be the focus. Ages 8+. Please bring an attendant if you need assistance off of the ice.

Class meets Saturdays, August 28-October 2 (no class September 4), 9:45-10:15am at EPIC, 1801 Riverside, Fort Collins. Cost is $37. For more information and to register, call 221-6683 or go to www.fcgov.com/recreator.

Baby Care 101

Designed to prepare expectant parents in the basic care of your baby. Topics include newborn care, signs of illness, crying, safety, development and parent adjustment. Adoptive parents welcome.
