Adult Mental Health First Aid

Adult Mental Health First Aid is a free, one-day training that gives people the skills to recognize warning signs for mental health or substance use problems, as well as the tools to help someone who may be developing a mental health-related problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Participants learn how to offer initial help in a mental health crisis and connect people to appropriate care. The course builds understanding of the impact of mental health and reviews specific illnesses such as anxiety, depression, substance use, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
