Tai Chi for Balance

Tai chi helps prevent falls by improving balance, mobility, leg strength, and flexibility. This class is encouraged for individuals with Parkinson's; however, it is open to anyone who feels that they need more balance.

Meets M, Oct. 29-Dec. 17, 1:30-2:30pm, at Westbridge (across from PVH), 1107 S. Lemay Ave., Fort Collins. Cost is $31.50. To register, call 970-495-8560.
