Yoga for Anxiety

Learn to use yoga as a way to manage the physical, psychological, and emotional effects of chronic stress and anxiety. We will work with breathing exercises, restorative yoga, gentle movement to relieve muscle tension, guided relaxation and aromatherapy to calm the nervous system. All levels welcome. Includes lecture, discussion, and practice.

Class is taught by Jen Strating, biofeedback therapist and yoga teacher. Meets 1:00-4:00pm at the Wholeness Center, 2620 E. Prospect Road, Suite 190, Fort Collins. Cost is $65. Space is limited - please register in advance by calling 970-221-1106.
