Tai Chi Chih (Beginner)

The soft, gentle movements of tai chi chih promote health in every part of the body to circulate and balance internal energy. The movements can be done by anyone, regardless of age of physical condition. Benefits include better balance, increased flexibility and strength, and improved health.

Meets 1:00-2:00pm, Tu, Jan. 8-Feb. 26, at the Fort Collins Senior Center, 1200 Raintree Drive. Cost is $80. To register and for more information, go to fcgov.com/recreator or call 970-221-6655.
