Adult Mental Health First Aid

SummitStone Health Partners recognizes the need for people to take care of their mental health. Mental Health First Aid encourages public understanding of the signs and symptoms associated with behavioral health issues. The Adult Mental Health First Aid course is appropriate for anyone 18 years and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health-related crisis or problem. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.

This free, 8-hour course meets 8:00am-5:00pm at SummitStone's office at 125 Crestridge St., Fort Collins. For more information, contact Annie at 970-494-4253. Register online at www.mhfaco.org/index.php/findclass.
