CPR and First Aid - Saturday, April 21
Learn basic first aid procedures as well as adult, child, and infant CPR. This is a great class for daycare providers. Two certificates from the Emergency Care Safety Institute-AAOS will be issued at the end of the class. Book included. Ages 14+.

Tai Chi (Beginning) - Saturday, April 21

Learn to Ride a Bike for Adults - Thursday, April 26
Regardless of your age, it's never too late to learn to ride a bicycle! Using a safe, easy, and effective method, students learn to balance, pedal, start, stop, steer and how to properly fit and wear a helmet. Belly Dancing (Continuing) - Tuesday, May 1
Go beyond the basics and learn more complex work. You will continue to build your vocabulary, learn new rhythms, and work on more advanced dance improvisations. Ages 16+. Bladder Health for Men - Thursday, May 3
As men age, issues with the bladder/prostate can occur. Ways to improve bladder control for men, including exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, and constipation management are discussed. Tip to reduce nighttime frequency and urinary urge are also covered.

Lifeguard Training - Friday, May 4
This American Red Cross course provides entry-level lifeguard participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies. Participants learn skills to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over. Note: Participants must attend all classes. There is a skills test on the first day; continuation of the course depends on passing. Additional online class content is 7 hours.

Living Well With Dementia - Saturday, June 9
Whether you're living with dementia, serving as a care partner, a healthcare provider, a senior care provider, or a community member, plan to attend this seminar. Lori LeBay, founder of Alzheimer's Speaks, has been a leading advocate for giving voice to people with dementia. This seminar will share strategies and resources, and show that living with contentment and purpose is possible even with dementia.

Bike to Work Day - Wednesday, June 27
Every June, Colorado celebrates Bike Month, and here in Fort Collins, we love anything that highlights and promotes people who ride bicycles. Join us June 27 to celebrate Bike to Work Day. Breakfast stations are hosted by businesses throughout Fort Collins from 6:30 to 9:30am. Free breakfast, beverages, and bike repairs for people who ride their bikes to work.
