Health District Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic (April 2020)

We're still here to help!

The Health District has made some changes as a result of COVID-19. Our main offices are closed, but many of our services are still available by phone or teleconferencing, including Mental Health and Substance Use Connections and CAYAC, Larimer Health Connect, Prescription Assistance, Advance Care Planning, and the Quit Tobacco program. The Family Dental Clinic is open and seeing patients with dental emergencies, and we are working on our plan to reopen for other procedures. For updated information on the Health District programs, visit the Health District website.

If you are feeling overwhelmed during the pandemic, call Connections at 970-221-5551, 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m., daily. Emotional support services are available at no charge.

If you are in crisis, call the SummitStone Crisis Line at 970-494-4200, ext. 4, Colorado Crisis Services at 1-844-493-8255, text TALK to 8255, or call 911.

Stay well, everyone!
