Aspen Club

The Aspen Club is a service of University of Colorado Health. We provide programs for residents of northern Colorado who are 50 years and older. We offer activities such as fitness classes, workshops, and other educational programs, an ongoing arthritis support group, and health screenings including blood pressure checks, hearing screenings, and low-cost bone density, and blood tests. Activities are listed in our monthly newsletter and are held at various locations in the area. We can also provide Medicare counseling and assistance, and information about long-term care insurance and living wills/medical durable powers of attorney. Membership is free, although some activities have a fee.

Programs:
Aspen Club - Arthritis Support Group

This group provides information and support for people with arthritis and for their families, friends, and caregivers. Meetings include an educational program. The meetings provide an opportunity to learn more about arthritis, meet other people with the condition, network, and share experiences.

This ongoing group meets quarterly at the Fort Collins Senior Center, 1200 Raintree Drive. Meets 11:30am-1:00pm, so feel free to bring a lunch. For more information, call the Aspen Club at (970) 495-8560.

Aspen Club

The Aspen Club provides a wide range of health education, screenings and social opportunities to residents ages 50 plus throughout northern Colorado. Members receive a monthly newsletter. Programs include Medicare counseling with trained counselors to answer your questions about Medicare choices, supplemental insurance, prescription drug plans and more; caregiver education and resources; nutrition education and consultations; information about advance directives (living will, medical durable power of attorney); a variety of health screenings; as well as other programs. Classes/programs are held at various times throughout the week. Membership is free, but some programs may have fees. The administrative office in Fort Collins is open Monday through Friday, with limited hours at the offices in Loveland and Greeley.
