Program: Pets Forever - Supporting the Life-Long Bond

Pets Forever is a nonprofit program affiliated with Colorado State University and is designed to help low-income elderly/disabled keep their pets for as long as possible by providing needed help and resources. Services include in-home animal care (i.e., dog walking, litter box maintenance, feeding, bathing, etc.), transportation to vet, and home delivery of food/supplies.

Eligible pet owners are over 60 or disabled Larimer County residents with low income, and/or who are on Medicare or Medicaid.
