The Health District provides services to bridge gaps in care and help meet the healthcare needs of our community. We help local residents access affordable dental care through the Family Dental Clinic, offer behavioral health services through Connections, and provide assistance finding health insurance and affordable prescriptions through Larimer Health Connect.

Connections staff work with people in northern Colorado who are looking for help with mental health or substance use concerns. We offer initial screening to identify your needs, referrals to community providers and/or in-house therapy as appropriate, and help navigating the behavioral health system.
