Getting your practice or organization listed
We’re working to make HealthInfoSource.com a comprehensive resource where the local community can find accurate behavioral health information. If you’re a mental health or substance use provider or organization in Larimer County, you are welcome to list your practice and services on the website, along with any classes or support groups you offer.
Provider profiles are free to list on HealthInfoSource.com, and the site is free for professionals and the public to use. The information that you and your colleagues provide will help community members find a great match when they need behavioral health care. And you’ll be able to easily find resources in the community to help your clients. We do ask that you review your profile periodically to ensure that the information is up to date.
To start a provider profile
If you’re a provider or an agency offering mental health or substance use services to clients, please create a provider account. When you create your account, you'll be able to sign up to receive professional announcements from your colleagues or participate in periodic focus groups.
Once you have an account, you’ll be able to log in to your account and create a profile for your practice or organization. Your profile will include a photo of yourself or your organization's logo, information about your areas of specialty, treatment approaches, how clients can contact you, any special populations or age groups that you work with, any insurances you accept, along with other information. You can also upload a few photos of your office space. If anything about your practice changes, you’ll be able to log in later and update your profile.
You can also log in to your account and submit information about local classes and support groups to be listed on the site, submit announcements to share with your colleagues, and much more. We’re here to help, so if you have any questions, email us at info@healthinfosource.com.

The short answer is “no.” You won’t need to create an account to simply view listings or read articles on HealthInfoSource. But creating an account will allow you to use features such as saving favorites and sharing that are not otherwise available to you.
There are different account types based on your role in the community.
Community members
If you’re a community member who wants to find a behavioral health provider or browse the health guides and other information on the site, and you don’t need to save favorites and don’t want to receive periodic newsletters from us, you won’t even need to create an account.
However, if you want to save favorites or send a list of favorites to someone else, or you’d like to participate in a focus group or hear the latest news through periodic newsletters, please create a community member account.
Behavioral health professionals and organizations
If you’re a provider who offers services for clients in Larimer County and you’d like to create a profile and list your practice on the site, you’ll want to create a provider account. This account is also appropriate for multi-provider organizations. Your practice or agency will be listed on the site, and users will be able to search and find information about your practice. You’ll also be able to search the site or browse articles and save favorites, sign up to receive our professional announcements newsletter, post classes or support groups, and submit articles.
If you have dual roles, perhaps as a provider in private practice as well as a care coordinator, sign up for a provider account and we can accommodate both roles.
Care coordinators
If you’re a care coordinator at an agency and have clients in northern Colorado or the surrounding area, sign up for a care coordinator account. You’ll be able to search and save favorites, send favorites lists to others, share secure notes with your colleagues, and contribute to professional announcements about upcoming trainings, office space available, and more.
