DBT skills group for teens (13-18yo).

Learn practical skills to manage emotions, reduce stress, improve relationships, and build a life that feels more balanced and meaningful. Focus areas include mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

This group for teens will start in Jan. 2026 and will meet on Wednesdays, 5-6pm. Please contact SKB Therapy for details and to register.

The group will have four 4-week segments (16 weeks total). Once a 4-week segment starts the group will be closed, but new members can join at the start of any segment. Participants are encouraged to complete all four segments.

Space is limited. Most insurance accepted.
