NeuroArts is a neurodivergent-friendly group for adults using mindfulness, music, and expressive arts to improve focus, emotional regulation, and resilience. Build skills, explore identity, and connect with others in a supportive, creative space.

NeuroArts is a neurodivergent-friendly, therapeutic group for adults seeking support with focus, emotional regulation, anxiety, or depression. Over 10 weeks, participants engage in mindfulness practices, expressive arts, and creative music activities designed to calm the nervous system, enhance attention, and build resilience. Through interactive exercises like music creation, lyric writing, and reflective art, members explore identity, strengthen executive functioning skills, and foster meaningful connections with others who share similar experiences. Optional Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) listening therapy offers additional support for nervous system regulation. The group provides a safe, affirming, and inclusive environment for self-expression, personal growth, and creative exploration. No prior musical experience is required. Participants leave with practical tools to manage stress, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of connection and well-being in daily life.
