Connections is a program of the Health District. We offer answers, options, and support to people in northern Colorado who are looking for help with mental health or substance use concerns. Our staff offer initial screening to identify your needs, referrals to community providers and/or in-house therapy as appropriate, and help navigating the behavioral health system.
