I work primarily from an integrative trauma-, attachment-, somatic-, and liberation-informed approach. In sessions, we may collaboratively draw on a broad range of interventions tailored to each individual within the context of building a caring relationship. I seek to offer a warm, empowering space where you can take risks to be known as your full self and try new ways of relating with yourself and others. Together, we can collaborate to undo the aloneness that is often part of our pain and practice being human. We may also discuss navigating systems of power/oppression and cultivating communities of care in the midst of an unsustainable world.

I work with folks 18+, and in particular, those with intersecting marginalized identities seeking support regarding complex trauma, including religious trauma/cult recovery, identity development, and working as helping professionals. I have worked with CSU students, and I accept many insurances.
