Alexis Ryan Therapy

Life has a way of presenting us with challenges that can often feel like an insurmountable mountain, straining our relationships, hindering our confidence, and making even the simplest of tasks feel nearly impossible.

My practice is centered around helping you sort through the mental clutter, find clarity around what is most important to you, and discover ways to foster your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being in a way that resonates with your deeper self. While I work with a variety of clients, I am especially passionate about supporting sensitive women and femmes through the ups and downs of early adulthood and parenthood.

My approach focuses on facilitating meaningful experiences that encourage mindful reflection and embody curiosity, radical compassion, and genuine connection. While I support a variety of issues, I specialize in anxiety, ADHD/executive dysfunction, communication and intimacy, school/work stress, parenting, and women’s issues (including pregnancy/postpartum). I provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can freely embrace your individuality without fear of judgment. My work is justice-oriented, LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent-affirming, and sex-positive.

If my profile speaks to you, and you are ready to create long-lasting, meaningful change in your life, relationships, and work, I invite you to reach out to schedule a free, no-pressure consultation. During this call we'll have the opportunity to meet, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if we are a good fit. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
