Hartman Therapy, LLC

Helping Moms Find Joy, Relief, and Balance in Their Lives.

Imagine feeling like you can take on your day, think more clearly, being content with who you are as a mom. Giving yourself grace in hard times. Picture feeling connected to your baby and your partner, feeling more at ease and being fully present with your family. I work with women who are at their wit’s end and aren’t sure what to do next or what will be helpful. They know that they can’t continue on feeling this way, but are unsure how to change it. The exhaustion, sleepless nights, and feeling like every day is on repeat with no hope in sight. The moms who, since having children, feel like they have lost themselves and the person they used to be.

Every woman’s journey through motherhood is unique and special. More than 1 in 7 women have postpartum depression/anxiety. You don’t have to suffer in silence. You can feel happy and healthy. I offer secure video sessions so you don’t have to worry about leaving your home for therapy, or if you’re a working mama we can meet on your lunch! I have worked with children, parents, and their families for the past 11 years ranging from in-home therapy, school-based therapy, crisis intervention, and managing a day treatment program for children, adolescents, and their families. I specialize in working with women who struggle with postpartum mood and anxiety issues and parent skill-building.
