Waters Edge Healing LLC

I collaborate with clients from a trauma-informed lens, giving them a safe space to express themselves and make connections between trauma they have experienced in the past and behaviors they are having in the present. I use an eclectic mix of modalities depending on the client’s needs. Other concepts of acceptance, surrender, self-awareness, and empowerment are also incorporated in my sessions. I enjoy working with humans of all identities including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, BDSM, and poly individuals, as well as folx struggling with substance or behavioral/process addictions.

As a holder of some marginalized identities, and an ally to others, I make a point of understanding my privilege and how I can use it to continue to fight for the rights of marginalized communities. I believe in Health At Every Size; sex positivity; diversity, equity and inclusion; as well as harm-reduction or abstinence.

Something that brings me a lot of happiness is being a supportive, trusted person that people can turn to. I offer in-person individual therapy for adults and adolescents, relationship therapy, addiction therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy. Give me a call today and we can discuss your needs.
