Integrative Therapies of CO, LLC

I have been working with young adults, adolescents, adults, and families for several years using a trauma lens. My work with individuals and families has focused on discovering underlying difficulties within the family system. With many years of trauma-informed trainings, art therapy, and trauma-informed yoga, I am able to support individuals and families in unique ways. My role is to support those going through a variety of struggles such as trauma, school-related issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family conflict, and substance abuse.

I remain authentic and create a safe and comforting environment for all, while maintaining integrity. Along with my unique ability to connect with each individual who comes through my door, I also have a therapy dog named Poppy who is certified through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. For those who choose to have her in session, Poppy helps in creating a safe space. Research has shown that time with pets reduces anxiety levels more than other recreational activities. Pets also provide a non-judgmental form of interaction that can motivate and encourage people, especially children.

If you are seeking a therapist who works holistically, authentically, and strives to create a welcoming safe and non-judgmental environment with out-of-the-box tools, you are invited to reach out to me. I look forward to working with and supporting you in a way that most benefits your needs.
