Some moments in life are harder than others; these might include navigating relationship challenges or career changes, entering a new phase of life, or losing a loved one. Having a compassionate guide to walk alongside you in those moments can be really helpful. If you’re maneuvering one of those transitional moments, or find yourself trying to figure life out, you may also be experiencing depression or anxiety symptoms. Maybe you’re feeling stuck or employing coping strategies that are not really solving the problems you’re facing. My specialty is working with adults who want to build a rich and meaningful life in the face of transition. I have experience working with veterans and individuals who are dually diagnosed with depression or anxiety and in recovery from substance use.
