With nearly 20 years in the mental health field, 15 years as a therapist working with people across the lifespan and in a variety of settings, I see the benefits of meaningful connection paired with effective tools to improve personal resiliency and increase fulfillment in your own life. I specialize in assisting individuals, older teens, mamas, couples, and families with concerns related to depression and mood challenges, anxiety, trauma in many forms, life transitions and stressors, women’s issues, and relationship difficulties.
