Antelope Recovery is a virtual outpatient (OP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) program for teens ages 11–18 across Colorado. We are a proud Colorado-based company, committed to making high-quality mental health and substance use care accessible to youth and families throughout the state. We serve teens with mental health needs, substance use challenges, and co-occurring conditions, providing a comprehensive, integrated approach to care.
Our IOP is designed for adolescents who need more than one hour of therapy per week but do not require residential treatment. We use an embedded care model, supporting teens in applying therapeutic tools in real-life contexts—at home, in school, and in their daily routines. Because our program is fully virtual, teens can stay in their homes and communities while receiving consistent, personalized care.
We offer specialized supports for teens struggling with substance use, including peer mentorship and contingency management—an evidence-based approach that uses incentives to encourage healthy behavior change. Our goal is to create durable, long-term transformation by helping teens build strong support systems—what we call an "ecology of care"—within their own environments. This includes connecting youth with additional resources like animal-assisted therapy, nature-based practices, and meaningful relationships, such as mentors, supportive family members, or part-time jobs.
We offer bilingual services and are committed to inclusivity and cultural responsiveness. Antelope Recovery accepts Medicaid, all major commercial insurance plans, and offers scholarship options to ensure that finances are never a barrier to care.
