My mission is to create a safe and nurturing, educational, and spiritual psychotherapeutic environment, which is centered around the client and their personal search for the their own solutions and identity. I use eclectic therapeutic skills to help you fill your toolkit and rebuild areas of your life. Your old hammer is just not enough anymore. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is the base from which most all therapy is offered. Bibliotherapy is used for clients who are interested in this. My clients are success-oriented. Brief therapy is one of my goals. I keep the door open for check-ups and updates.
