Our staff includes board-certified behavior analysts and registered behavior technicians who have broad experience working with individuals with ADHD, autism, disabilities, and other concerns. Behavior services are provided via center-based, home-based, community, job sites, telehealth, and school consultation. Counseling services are provided at our offices or by telehealth.

We do not offer diagnostic evaluations. That being said, there are several funding streams that do not require an ASD diagnosis to access ABA services. Our clinical team regularly works with varying diagnoses.

One of our values is working on generalizing the client's goals into multiple settings. We encourage family and caregiver participation, as well as sessions in many settings to ensure that the skills the individual is learning can be used in multiple places with different people.

We customize treatment plans for each individual to target meaningful skills and capture motivation.

  • Initial and ongoing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) help to inform comprehensive plans.
  • Continuous measurement of targeted skills ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

At Array, our vision is providing individualized wraparound services to clients of all ages to obtain an optimal quality of life. Our values are well-being, authenticity, collaboration, and excellence. We promise to provide a framework of innovative thinking utilizing relevant evidence-based practices in order to provide outstanding service.
