I believe that every person deserves to live a fulfilling and authentic life. I strive to create a safe, warm, and compassionate environment for clients to share their unique stories, current struggles, and future aspirations. With gentle guidance and kindness, I use a holistic and eclectic approach, mindfulness-based techniques, and attachment theory to help my clients explore their stories at their own pace and create the future they want. I utilize person-centered and strengths-based modalities to help empower my clients to take steps to transform their lives in positive and long-lasting ways.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. I earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Fort Hays State University and earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in art from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. I have experience working with individuals, adolescents, and couples, and have worked in a variety of settings, including an inpatient community mental health facility, a college counseling center, a mental health crisis response center, and private practice.
