At Mind + Body Nutrition Counseling, I provide complete and balanced nutrition counseling, behavioral health counseling, medical nutrition therapy, education, and support. I specialize in medical nutrition services that co-occur with behavioral health conditions. I work with individuals 14 years and up.
Research demonstrates a strong link between mental health, physical health, and nutrition. It’s a complex interaction between genetics and environment, meaning there is no single best way to approach behavioral health, weight management, or health conditions from a dietary perspective. Every person is unique in what will work best. I offer specialized nutrition and behavioral health counseling to address your specific needs.
I believe nutrition plays a vital role in mental and physical health—although it is not a cure for all that ails. I firmly believe in interdisciplinary health care from a team of providers working with clients to meet their needs. Most individuals need various options to manage their conditions, and nutrition and behavioral health services are just one component.
At Mind + Body Nutrition Counseling, I am deeply committed to creating an environment that supports inclusivity and respect for all people. Regardless of race, color, culture, religion, spiritual practice, sex, age, body size, socioeconomic status, perceived or actual sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, relationship status or configuration, national origin, or physical and mental abilities, you are welcome here.
As you consider our nutrition services and counseling, please keep in mind that insurance coverage varies. To ensure you are fully informed and prepared, I recommend confirming your coverage before your first visit.
