Aspen Therapy and Wellness is a group practice located in Old Town Square in Fort Collins. We are a team that has expertise in trauma-informed care including IFS parts work perspective and EMDR. Deborah Hughes and Jennifer Borland are the co-founders, and both are licensed clinical social workers offering individual therapy services as well as clinical supervision.

We work with adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and/or trauma-related disorders. We help guide those who have a desire to change, make improvements, or take steps toward a better quality of life. We all have potential for growth and change. Our passion is to help individuals thrive and overcome difficulties in their lives through the therapeutic process.

We believe in the power of healing, utilizing compassionate and strengths-based approaches, tailored to the needs of each client. Our intention is to provide all members of the community an inclusive, safe space for mental health services.

Our two newest therapists, Grace and Ashlyn, may have limited openings for new clients.
