Hi there, I'm Beth. I work with adult clients who are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and other life stressors. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, coping with worry and uncertainty, struggling with impacts from past or current trauma, experiencing grief after the death of a loved one, or feeling lost or confused related to life transitions, I'm here to connect with you and support you in navigating these challenges. During our sessions together, I may encourage you to slow down and tune into your body, utilizing mindfulness and curiosity to better understand your present moment experience. I often use psychoeducation to help clients gain insight and new perspectives on their symptoms, concerns, and challenges.
I will help you tune in to your innate wisdom, recognize your strengths, increase your capacity to cope with challenges, gain clarity, consider new perspectives, and feel more connected to yourself and others. I have training and experience in working with grief and trauma, as well as neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic/body-based approaches to therapy (including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy).
