Hi there, I'm Beth. I work with adult clients who are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and other life stressors. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, coping with worry and uncertainty, struggling with impacts from past or current trauma, experiencing grief after the death of a loved one, or feeling lost or confused related to life transitions, I'm here to connect with you and support you in navigating these challenges.
I have training and experience in working with grief and trauma, as well as neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic/body-based approaches to therapy (including ongoing training toward certification in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, 2025-present).
As your therapist, my goal is to guide you through a process of mindful self-exploration, aiming to enhance your embodied self-awareness and help you develop trust in your body's wisdom. During our sessions, along with talking, I'll encourage you to slow down and tune into your body, utilizing mindfulness and curiosity to better understand your present experience. This process can help you increase your capacity to cope with challenges, gain clarity, consider new perspectives, and deepen your connections with yourself and others, supporting your healing journey. As you learn to shift old patterns and places where you've felt stuck, you'll be able to move forward as your most authentic self.
I’m a firm believer that the more supportive people you have in your life, the better. As your therapist, it is my hope to be supportive to you from a space of care, deep respect, and open heart. Please reach out with any questions and/or to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!
Please note that I primarily see clients for in-person sessions. While I do offer telehealth sessions as needed, this is available as an option only for established clients. I am not currently accepting new clients for telehealth-only sessions.
