Supportive Connection Counseling

Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or struggling with worry and uncertainty.

Maybe you're feeling disconnected from your body.

Maybe triggers and impacts from past trauma are making it hard to get through your days, let alone move forward toward your bigger goals.

Maybe you’re navigating grief and loss after the death of a loved one, or perhaps feeling lost or confused related to life changes and transitions.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, easily frustrated with yourself or significant others, or not sure how to find meaning and purpose in life.

I enjoy working with adults of all ages, with focus areas including anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, personal growth, relationships, and interpersonal communication. I often use psychoeducation to help clients gain insight and new perspectives on their symptoms, concerns, and challenges.

I will help you tune in to your innate wisdom, recognize your strengths, increase your capacity to cope with challenges, gain clarity, consider new perspectives, and feel more connected to yourself and others. I have training and experience in working with grief and trauma, as well as neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic/body-based approaches to therapy (including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy).

I’m a firm believer that the more supportive people you have in your life, the better. As your therapist, it is my hope to be supportive to you from a space of care, deep respect, and open heart. Please reach out with any questions and/or to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!
