I want to welcome you into a warm, non-judgmental space in which we'll work together toward your healing. I'll listen to you with empathy and genuine care. I'll encourage and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life so you can move from surviving to thriving.

I have helped people overcome many challenges, specializing in anxiety, self-esteem, self-love, trauma, caregiver support, grief and loss, and interpersonal issues. I use a whole body and mind approach through mindfulness, EMDR, and body-based techniques. I often draw from a variety of other modalities including person-centered, CBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.

With master's and bachelor's degrees in social work, I have served diverse populations of all ages. My experience includes case management with an emphasis on behavioral health, trauma-informed care, solution-focused brief therapy, and crisis stabilization.
