Integrated Counseling and Wellness

Hey! My name is Bri (she/her) and I'm the owner of Wild Awakening. My hope for you is that by starting your healing journey with me I can support you in awakening to your most authentic Self and create a deeper connection with yourself, others, and the world around you. I welcome folx over 18 who may be struggling with their relationship with themselves, or their relationships with others. I work with clients who are wanting to heal from substance use, thoughts of suicide, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also work with folx who need support around their gender or sexuality and I am a loving ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.

In session you can expect us to explore your relationship with yourself and others, and oftentimes we'll talk about what's happening between us in therapy. I integrate "parts" work and use somatic exercises and ecotherapy to deepen your experience with yourself and the world around you. I'm direct and transparent, but also compassionate and funny.

Healing can be really difficult. I hope that my own authenticity and compassion for this journey helps you feel less alone in your hurt and feel like you have someone who sees you. Making change and being intentional about who you are and how you want to move through the world is always possible, and you don't have to do it alone. None of us do :)
