I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and OCD. I am trained in trauma-informed approaches and certified in EMDR therapy. I also have training in ERP, the gold-standard treatment for OCD. In addition to these specialties, I also enjoy helping people with self-empowerment, healthy relationship skills, stress management, life transitions, and parenting.
