Momentum Counseling and Consulting

No two humans are the same. We each have struggles and successes that no one else can completely understand. I strive to make every client feel comfortable enough to explore their unique experience. I will offer support and guidance, empowering you to make the changes you want for yourself. I can't take away your past or guarantee there won't be dark days in your future, but I can help you let go of the pain connected to your trauma, be it big or small, and build skills to prepare for the challenges ahead.

I practice an eclectic therapy style, tailoring my approach to the individual needs of each client. I am trained in both EMDR and DBT, and my graduate coursework focused heavily on neurocounseling. These approaches help me assist clients in gaining a better understanding of their experience and the connection between mind and body.

Life is extremely unpredictable. One day you're on a steady march to your dreams, and the next you feel like the world is crashing down. I know what it feels like to be in both of those places. No matter where you find yourself in life, I'd love the opportunity to help you make your dreams a reality.
