Hi! I'm glad you're here. I work with adults who are working through depression, anxiety, trauma, or major life events. My goal is to support clients in feeling healthier, more confident, and capable in navigating their relationships, day-to-day activities, and inner monologue. I've worked in behavioral health for 16 years in hospitals, non-profits, and now private practice. I am client-focused in my approach to therapy.

I work with clients using EMDR and LENS Neurofeedback. EMDR uses the brain's natural capacity to heal itself to process through negative experiences including traumatic events. LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is an FDA-approved treatment that quickly and effectively supports optimal brain functioning, making it an excellent treatment for many concerns.

Whether it's with me or another provider, you should always feel comfortable with your therapist. We'll work together to determine what your goals are and how to work toward them. I currently have immediate openings. Feel free to book a free initial consultation on my website.
