I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I graduated with a master's degree in social work in 2020 from Colorado State University. I have experience in multisystemic family therapy with all ages as well as school counseling. I like to use play and art in the therapeutic process. I have specialties in child-centered play therapy, art therapy, trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused, mindfulness, and narrative therapy with individuals and families.
Each stage of life comes with its hardships, and sometimes we need support along the way to help us process and overcome. I support families with emotional needs, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and the client to work on skills in order to create change.
I will welcome you and/or your child into a caring and non-judgmental space during our sessions. I am committed to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care, and I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
