Rocky Mountain Center for Individuals, Couples and Families

Providing therapy services to adults and young adults. I currently have a wait list out more than a month and am accepting new clients on a limited basis.

I have experience working with a broad range of mental health issues including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety/panic, trauma, relationship issues, and transition challenges (such as death of spouse/family member, separation and divorce, stepfamily challenges, job loss/job transition, relocation, launching of adult children). I specialize in the treatment of trauma, including childhood physical abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault and childhood sexual trauma, emotional abuse, and relationship trauma.

I am a certified therapist in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and offer that treatment approach when appropriate. I individualize my approach with each client with whom I work and strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for therapeutic growth and recovery.
