I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and anyone who is ready to make changes that bring purpose and meaning to their life. Most of my practice involves work in anxiety and trauma as well as stress management. I have a certified therapy dog named Sherman and offer sessions on our ranch where we can walk and talk and pet a whole variety of animals!
I believe in working with clients by coming alongside them on their journey in a non-judgmental setting. In this therapeutic process, the counselor and client can explore the client's fears, inhibitions, and resistances, as well as celebrate their strengths and joys. When a client is ready to look deeper and be honest with themselves, great change can happen. I provide a positive and open environment for those who are ready for a new direction and to work toward change.
Please reach out if you'd like to discuss how therapy could work for you. I offer in-office sessions and walk-and-talk sessions with my therapy dog, Sherman, on our ranch. I also do teletherapy. I am located north of Wellington, Colo., off of Buckeye Rd, I-25 exit 288.
