Cinda Hardin Therapy

I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addictions counselor. I have a master’s degree in professional counseling and a master’s degree in school counseling. I worked at Arapahoe House in the residential treatment center helping people learn how to fight addiction. Prior to this, I was a high school counselor for 2 years and taught high school and middle school mathematics for 15 years. I am a member of the ACA (American Counseling Association) and EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association).

I have been drawn to counseling after working through my own addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I want to be able to help others deal with these issues and more. I am married and have 2 daughters, 1 stepdaughter, 1 stepson, and 3 son-in-laws. I also have 2 miniature Australian Shepherds. I enjoy running, hiking, biking, and reading (when I can find the time). I have lived in Colorado since 2007 and am a transplant from Arizona, where I spent most of my early years.

You are on this site because you are searching for something to help you with where you are in your life right now. I greatly respect you for seeking out a way to get that help. My goal is to assist you in learning and applying tools that you can use in order to live a happy and productive life. I want to provide you with the ability to manage your life in ways that will allow you to be the person you want to be and have the type of relationships you want to have. I look forward to hearing from you and being able to help you in your journey.
