Prism Counseling PLLC

I believe therapy can be for anyone, and growth and change is ongoing throughout our lives. I support clients working through anxiety, depression, life stressors, religious trauma, challenging childhoods, grief, identity, and challenges unique to the LGBTQ+ community.

Clients who may be a good fit for me are motivated to get to know themselves better and work on shaking off unhelpful patterns. While I work with clients of various ages and presenting concerns, I am most passionate about working with young adults, people in the queer community, and folks recovering from religious trauma.

I recognize the mind-body connection and enjoy incorporating exercises such as breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, and other grounding techniques into client sessions.

It is my honor to support clients on their therapeutic journeys, and I aim to create an equitable and judgment-free zone in my space.

I have partnered with Mindful Therapy Group for scheduling and billing.
