The Psychological Services Center at CSU is a community mental health center providing therapy and psychological assessment services across the lifespan. We focus on working with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression and anxiety, personality concerns, gender issues, social difficulties, neurodevelopmental difficulties, learning challenges, and other life adjustment-related concerns. In addition, we offer neuropsychological assessment services targeted for children with medically complex challenges and complicated histories. We also have occasional therapy groups, such as substance abuse counseling and autism social skills groups, that are offered through our clinic.

We are currently accepting Medicaid, and also have an income-based sliding scale for both therapy and assessment services. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and accessible mental health services to all members of the northern Colorado community.

Whatever you’re going through, we’re here to support you! Please note that we do not provide crisis services. Our team supports people after a crisis has been stabilized.
