Crimson Holland, LPC

Working collaboratively with my clients is an important aspect of my practice. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of counseling and find that my clients have a wealth of internal knowledge and strength that helps in the healing process.

In my current practice, I see adults and adolescents with a variety of issues. My specialty is working with clients to heal from traumatic and toxic experiences. I also have expertise working with clients who have been diagnosed with non-epileptic seizures or NES.

I have training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to help clients gain skills and bring change to their lives. I also utilize visualization, IFS-informed techniques, and Gestalt therapy to help clients release difficult emotions and experiences.

Prior to starting private practice in 2011, I worked as a therapist and clinical director in a foster care agency that provided residential treatment for youth in foster care, helping adolescents and families to heal from traumatic experiences.

I provide a free, 20-minute consultation for clients to meet and see if you feel we are a good fit to work together.
