Momentum Counseling and Consulting

Life can feel overwhelming. You do not need to navigate these challenges alone. When we feel lost or overwhelmed, it can create a sense of disconnect from ourselves and those around us. The life of your dreams is possible, and your decision to seek help is an incredibly powerful one. My specialties include helping individuals who are struggling with trauma, addictions, anxiety, and depression.

You know yourself best, and I honor that knowledge. My role is to create a safe space for us to begin healing the source of your challenges. I often use an integrative and systems-based approach, working with all aspects of my clients' inner and outer lives.

My passion for helping others is inspired by my own personal journey and experiences. If what I have shared resonates with you, please email or call me so we can schedule an intake to get to know each other better and ensure we are a good fit.
