Brave Hope Counseling, PLLC

We all need a safe and accepting space to truly explore and feel seen in life's deepest struggles and complications. I work with all parts of you that are willing and able to show up, to better understand where big (and sometimes lonely and scary) emotions, thought patterns, and behaviors are coming from and how to move forward with these. I work with highly motivated adults who wish to dig deep and heal. I have worked most with people who have been caregivers, experienced domestic violence, and/or child abuse/neglect.

By integrating deeper understanding of parts and needs, the capacity for making choices aligning with your intuition increases. I frequently use EMDR and attachment-focused interventions to treat hurt, betrayal, complicated grief, PTSD, complex PTSD, and other symptoms of trauma.

My practice is often full, and when I do have openings I am primarily seeing clients via telehealth; however, I do have select days/times available for in-person meetings. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or to set up a consultation to see if we are the right match.
