Ocean Depths Therapy, LLC

Clients can expect to be met with unconditional positive regard and warmth. I understand that starting therapy can be overwhelming and scary, I believe in taking time to build a strong foundation with someone before diving in. I have a calm and patient presence that allows clients to go at a pace they feel most comfortable with.

I believe in treating therapy as a collaborative conversation that allows clients to explore and understand themselves and their relationships in new ways. I provide a safe space for clients to begin nurturing the parts that have been hurt and build strength in themselves.

I strive to assist clients in building a life they find most rewarding and worth living. This could mean working through past traumatic experiences, improving relationships, addressing substance use issues, or better understanding why you do what you do and how to address situations in new and more helpful ways. It could also mean that we work on improving how you view yourself and your experiences, increasing your comfort in making decisions or exploring your identity and sexuality. In my office, no topic is off the table. I tend to use an eclectic approach to therapy that is guided by being client-centered and strengths-based.
