Whether you are looking for more solution-focused, directive approaches to enact change or to unpack past experiences and narratives, I enjoy adapting my approach to support your goals and needs. One of my passions is improving relational health to optimize the healing power of connection. This can look like couples and family therapy, individual therapy to promote healthy connections, or parenting support. Additionally, I have competence and expertise working with various intersections of identify in a variety of areas including addiction, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, and suicidality.

I have been in practice for 12+ years where I have developed a broad skillset working with diverse populations. I provide individual (ages 15+), couples, and family therapy. My approach is equally warm, directive, and grounded in trauma-informed, humanistic, and family systems theory.

I am honored to walk alongside clients on their personal journey and truly enjoy the opportunity to support them as they weather the storms in their lives. I believe we all hold a wealth of knowledge within us and my job is to help you tap into this source of wisdom and strength while providing you the tools and support to do so.
